A Study on Gradual Attitude Change Junior College of Nursing Students

Abstract
|
|
|
The purpose of this study is
1. To determine the degree of understanding on the part of nursing students of the various aspects of the subjects tai fight in undergraduate nursing courses.
2. To determine the motivation of nursing students in choosing the profession and possible subsequent change or shift of attitude and outlook in the course of undergraduate studies, as a means of presenting a new practical approach in nursing training based on the concept of "comprehensive human education.
The Instrument of this study were on Family backgrounds and General information concerning Nursing.
The results were analyzed by the SPSS computer program and summarized as follows;
1. Motivation in choosing nursing as a profession of Junior Nursing College is appeared Job expectation.
2. Satisfaction degree of Professional Nursing Study is appeared less satisfied.
3. The response of Teaching Staffs is appeared Moderate.
4. The way of Spending leisure hours is appeared on their hobby.
5. Nursing Study is appeared professional part needed education.
6. The Major problems on present is appeared Job opportunity.
7. Nursing concept is appeared to devote in the welfare of their clients.
In addition to this further study is needed follow up study on Other Nursing Students and after graduation.
